Our therapists bring extensive experience across both NHS and private practice, including leading paediatric hospitals such as Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Portland Hospital.
Whether you are seeking help with speech clarity, language development, stammering, social skills, or feeding difficulties, Baby Speak offers trusted expertise in the heart of London.
What is Speech and Language Therapy?
Speech and language therapy supports children with a wide range of communication and feeding needs. These may include:
Speech sound difficulties (unclear speech, pronunciation issues)
Language delays (late talking, limited vocabulary, difficulties with grammar)
Stammering and fluency difficulties
Social communication difficulties
Feeding and swallowing concerns including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and weaning challenges
Early intervention can make a significant difference in a child’s development. Our aim is to provide parents with clear guidance and children with therapy that is practical, engaging, and scientifically evidence-based.

Where we carry out sessions
At Baby Speak, we understand that every family’s circumstances are different. That’s why we offer flexible options for how therapy is delivered, ensuring your child receives support in the setting that works best for you.
At Home Sessions
Many families choose to have sessions in their own home. This allows children to feel relaxed in a familiar environment, often leading to more natural communication and feeding interactions. At-home sessions also give therapists the chance to see how your child communicates and eats in their daily setting, and to offer practical strategies using your own routines, toys, and equipment.
Harley Street Clinic
For families who prefer a clinical environment, we offer appointments at our Harley Street clinic in Central London. This location provides a quiet, professional space equipped for assessments and therapy.
Nursery or School Visits
We can also see children in their nursery or school, working directly with teachers and support staff. This ensures that strategies introduced in therapy are reinforced consistently throughout the school day.
Online Sessions
For families outside London, or those looking for flexibility, we provide online Speech and Language Therapy sessions via secure video platforms. Online therapy can be particularly effective for parent coaching, progress reviews, and follow-up support.
